About: Lauren

Following years of teaching Pilates and working as an Exercise Physiologist, Lauren wanted to offer her clients a more comprehensive approach and experience. Therefore, she decided to become a Physiotherapist where she could offer both hands on and exercise based treatments. Lauren has worked in private practice providing Clinical Pilates, musculoskeletal and sports physio. Lauren has also undertaken postgraduate studies in Continence and Women’s Health Physiotherapy and has gained valuable experience on maternity wards as well as Women’s Health private practice. She has a passion for anything to do with the pelvis as well as pregnancy and the postnatal period!
